Bisli.shop (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers a curated selection of wedding-related products through our Shopify store. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed)

Retain all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Have a receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., personalized wedding favors, engraved items, custom apparel) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return:

We will assess your request and reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Please note:

Return shipping costs are buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please message us within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the damage or defect

Your order number
We will:

Replace the item

Or issue a refund (at our discretion)
We may ask you to return the defective item for inspection.
4. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Timing depends on your bank/payment provider (generally 5–14 business days)
Refunds will include the item cost but exclude original shipping fees, unless:

The item was defective

We shipped the wrong product
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

6. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or item, please return the original and place a new order.
7. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, orders are typically processed and cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, email support@bisli.shop with your order number ASAP.
8. SHIPPING COSTS & RETURNS

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is ours.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International returns may incur additional duties or customs charges (not covered by us).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
