1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • More or less as order specifications.
  • Once your order is processed, it is sent to our supplier for fulfillment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

⚠️ During peak wedding seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. SHIPPING TIMES

Because Bisli.shop operates as a dropshipping store, shipping times vary based on supplier location and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • International: 12–30 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

💍 We strongly recommend ordering wedding items well in advance of your event date.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or displayed on product pages.

  • Some products may include free shipping promotions.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.


4. TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.

  • Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.

  • Some international shipments may have limited tracking updates.

You can track your order via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


5. MULTIPLE PACKAGES

  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

  • Items may ship from different suppliers or warehouses.

  • You will receive tracking details for each shipment.


6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Bisli.shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


7. INCORRECT ADDRESS & DELIVERY ISSUES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Bisli.shop is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


8. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

9. WEDDING & EVENT DISCLAIMER

Due to the nature of wedding and event planning:

  • Bisli.shop is not responsible for delays impacting event dates
